"Ordered a double quarter pounder, no onions, no ketchup, had to tell the person 3 times because other employees were yelling, and cutting up in the background. Waited 15 minutes to get a cold hamburger and soggy salty fries. Guess what was on the burger... onions and ketchup. It's not the first time to happen at this location. I'm pretty forgiving, but come on, simple requests shouldn't end like this."
"I’m so tired of them getting the order wrong. It’s not hard. It’s ALWAYS wrong. Or cold. Or the wait is forever. Even when I ordered ahead… I’ve even seen a friend get a raw patty from here. They just don’t care. And they throw the French fries in there head first so they’re dumped out. Just lazy"
"Apparently, this McDonald’s wants their customers to get salmonella poisoning. Because they certainly don’t know how to cook hamburger meat. I’m glad I noticed the texture was off on the first bite, and had the presence of mind to look at the hamburger and spit out what I had in my mouth. Only the outside of the meat was actually cooked, or should I say it was seared like a raw steak, with only the outsides being browned, and all of the inside being pink as heck."
"Ordered 2 mcdoubles with no onions, checked the top and bottom bun and there was none but went to take a bite and it was full of onion between the two Patties melted into the cheese. Had to scrape the onions off but still tasted good. Fries and tea were good too. People with onion allergies do a thorough check of your food."
"Every restaurant has their good and bad days. When you can all grow up and realize that, you'll stop feeling the need to be a Karen on Google Reviews. This location is nothing short of amazing. Even in the busiest times, they always pull through. Sure, mistakes are made. That happens everywhere. People aren't perfect and your order WILL get messed up occasionally and your food is not always going to be the greatest. That doesn't mean that your 1 star review from 4 years ago when they got your order wrong once is still relevant. This location has friendly as can be employees who are helpful. The owners should be grateful for having such a team working for them, AS SHOULD THE PEOPLE BEING SERVED BY THEM. PS: Want faster food and hate pulling up? USE THE MOBILE APP. I go to MCD 1-3 times a week and no matter what I order, I'm never asked to pull up."
