Dunkin'

"Service is horrible. There is no sense of urgency from the staff and one specific manager. They all have attitudes and no welcoming demeanor. One staff member literally said "You're finna piss me off" because I asked her if she could tend to my order instead of cleaning her station first. The food is somewhat decent when they're not out of stock on certain items. They were out of eggs and instead of trying to accommodate they told me they couldn't make my order probably because they didn't want to make the order to begin with. I had to convince them that I would take a sandwich without the eggs for them to still let me order. Every experience I've encountered has been a horrible one and I work in the same exact casino as well so for me to be leaving such a review says a lot."

"Great option for a quick breakfast or just coffee and a snack at the Horsehoe Casino Hotel, this Dunkin just opened February 2024. I’m not really a fan of their donuts but LOVE their breakfast on sourdough bread. Coffee is always great, of course."
