"The intercom is terrible, unable to order with out screaming, what the hell! Can't understand normal English, guess one has to speak boomhower jiberish to communicate with the staff."

"I visit deridder sonic at least twice a day saw a very uncomfortable post about one of their sonic employees a young man who has waited on me quite often. He seems a bit "busy" most of the time or in a hurry but I'd like to share that I came to the drive thru one night and had just received some devastating news and I couldnt hold back my tears and as he was waiting on me he noticed my tears and reached his hand out and asked if he could pray for me. What a heartfelt and genuine thought that goes unnoticed. We share the little things that upset us, but we dont share some of the important things. All I can say is, seems like an amazing and kind hearted person to me. I eventually went back in a better mood and saw him again and thanked him and tipped him for his kind words. Didnt even know he was a manager until a couple of nights ago so it kind of made me see why he was so "busy" But kudos to you Mr. Adrian D"

"I was having such an off morning, and usually eat breakfast but I had a craving for that ultimate burrito and a very long day ahead of me. I didn’t get the man’s name, but the woman’s name is Allison and I just want to say they both were genuinely so nice. My card fell to the ground in the drive through and mrs. Allison came in the rain to pick it up. If y’all get them make sure y’all wish them the best day❤️ they made my morning."

"The food is horrible I ordered a burrito and the tortilla wasn’t fresh and it’s hard the meat and eggs were old once I bit into it! This is a waste of my money ! I went there a couple of weeks ago and I got a cheese sticks once I bit into it it wasn’t gooey you could tell they had been fried. I guess when I’m in Deridder I need to stick to the drinks and ice-cream . Hopefully management will see this and do something about the freshness of their food . When you are spending money people like to get what you are paying for ."
