"Well, it seems that I'm not the only one to say ZERO STARS. I went in in a lark as I was in the shopping center. I entered and two were ahead of me, and as I waited for someone to take my order, a group of younger individuals walked in and suddenly I didn't exist. I stood there as the employeed asked me to stand back so he could take their order. When I stated that I was next in line, he said he'd get to me after the group. I told him not to bother and walked out. Not one useless employee attempted to rectify their problem. No wonder this place has a bad reputation in DeRidder, I'll certainly never set foot inside again."

"I absolutely love this subway its always a joy to go to. The employees are absolutely amazing as well."

"My wife and I ordered 2 foot longs, mine was made okay, messy but okay my wife's was made wrong once then twice and one of the employees was talking very rudly about my wife to the manager to no reprimand. You are getting paid to make people's food. Not to have an attitude and not make the food wrong. I used to work at a subway I get that things happen but you should try your best to fix issues not give attitude to your paying customers because you messed up their order."

"They deserve 0 stars. Workers are rude. They kept rushing And They told us the chicken was teriyaki and there was no sauce on it and when we got it it was just plain chicken.gave us peppercorn ranch when we asked for regular, all sodas from the machine were flat and when we told the manager she didn’t offer a refund or anything so there was money wasted, Very slim on vegetables. This is honestly the worst subway I’ve been to."
