Whataburger

"I waited 27 minutes literally not exaggerating for 2 biscuits and gravy. Nobody said a word to me to let me know there was going to be such a long wait, it was a good 5-7 minutes before my payment was even taken at the window and at this point I was the only car in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous"

"Matthew was an awesome employee. We came in at 10:30pm and he was running around like Flash doing 3 people’s jobs (taking orders, packaging food, and delivering) and he did it all with grace and a smile. He took the time to help me with choosing an option on the menu and delivered are food quickly with all the sauces I could need. Whataburger is lucky to have you. You will do great things with that work ethic."

"This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Whataburger. I went there around 9 AM. No other customers were inside. I stood at the counter, and 3 different employees saw me. Not one of them acconloged me. They acted like they couldn't be bothered with taking my order. That will be the last time I go there. Later that day, I reached out to Whataburger and still haven't heard anything."

"My best friend and I ordered from the drive thru tonight. She's never had Whataburger and was excited to try it. She was even more excited to see the Patty melt, saying she hadn't had one in years. I ordered the spicy bbq burger meal and she obviously got the patty melt meal. The service was quick, the food was fresh and hot and absolutely delicious, and the staff were super friendly! Definitely recommend!"

"The chicken strip meal I ordered tasted like it was cooked the night before and left out. It tasted old and awful. The fries were hard and lukewarm. The apple pie was supposed to be hot, not BURNT. I wish I could upload a photo of it. The only thing that tasted good was the Dr. Pepper. Please do better with the food, ppl. I wasted $22."
