"Stopped by yesterday to grab a couple of pizzas for the kids. Me and another girl walked in at the same time and we weren’t greeted by anyone (and there was a girl at the register on her phone). After 5 minutes, the girl in front of me walked out. I stood and waited for another 10 minutes while the girl at the register continued to ignore me and play on her phone. She then walked off and went to the back without ever acknowledging that I was even in the store. Now I see why some people drove their car through the building a couple of weeks ago. Service and staff suck."
"At our age, it's exciting to get out of the house for grocery shopping. This time it was a 2-fer. Groceries & Pizza! We'd not had Little Caesars since we'd moved from the lakes area, where the Jasper TX store was our favorite pizza place. We ordered the pizza by phone after shopping and then pulled up at the window to pay. The young lady said it wasn't ready, and if we pulled up front, she would bring it out to us. We waited past the 10-15 minutes they had originally told us. We saw them putting pizzas in the slots. We took the cashier at her word. That she would bring it out, but finally we went in and lo and behold, when she finally left the others she was talking to in a corner, she pulled our pizza from the slot. When we got home the pizza was delicious but the service left a bad taste in our mouth. We probably won't return to this Little Caesars and that makes me really sad."
"I ordered online through the app. They went through doordash to deliver. I waited 3 hours for my pizza and called to check up and was told it's on the way. Hang up and checked the status of my order and it said it was handed to me... I never got my order. I'll never order for delivery again. Just going by to pick up pizza is a good experience but delivery is ALWAYS a hassle and getting a refund is an act of congress. As far as the pizza... It's good. Not my favorite but it's in my top 4. Prices are the best ALWAYS!"
"My family and I tried Little Caesars Pizza in Orange for the first time, today and we were pleasantly surprised! The pizza we got was piping hot, super fresh, and downright tasty. We couldn't believe how good it was for the price."
"We went at lunchtime but were still greeted and served quickly. The three pizzas were all made fresh, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I wallow out of there just over 10 mins later, regardless of the steady flow of customers."
