"Went thur the drive thur this evening, guy at the window was very rude. And burgers were soggy. Waited 30 Mins in drive thur and only 4 cars in line me being the 3rd one. Slow and both people that came to the window was rude."

"Ordered 20 minutes ago FIRST TIME at this NEW LOCATION. Not a good experience!!! At all! Husbands hamburger HAS ONE BUN! No fries with his order. My jr had a soggy, mushy bun and literally 10 fries. Kids chicken was ok. Nothing like the other Whataburgers we’ve eaten at. Fries were not salted, and lots burnt. For a new location, WE ARE NOT IMPRESSED!!!!"
