"We received our order in a very timely manner. My family and I enjoyed our pizza as it was hot,delicious, and exactly as we ordered."

"Typical pizza hut. Just don't do the curbside delivery because no one will bring out your order. Sat there for 40 minutes waiting even sent the text like it says to pick up. Received a reply that the order was on its way out. 20 more minutes later I decided to just go in and get it. A bunch of kids working there and no one even cared."

"So, we went to visit a friend in West Lake and decided to order pizza. I ordered the family feast. Was suppose to get it delivered but had to pick it up instead. They tried to keep the tip even though I had to pick up my order. I ordered a 2 liter Pepsi and they never told me they were out of Pepsi. My specialty pizza was suppose to be a pepperoni lovers and it came with hardly any pepperoni on it. I was completely disappointed in my visit to this restaurant. They had 2 people working and when I ordered online it said an hour for delivery and when I called to check on my order they told me delivery was 2 1/2 hours wait, that’s why I had to pick up my order since we were 3 minutes away from the restaurant. I will NEVER order from here again. How they gonna refund the delivery fee and then tell me “I didnt know you wanted the tip refunded too.” If I get my delivery fee refunded why wouldn’t I get my delivery tip refunded?"

"This is supposed to be a pepperoni lovers as in extra pepperoni. On top of that there was some kind of sauce all over the outside of the pizza box and it got all over everything. It’s hot and that’s about all I can say good about it ."
