"We stopped here on our way out of town for Easter. My husband proceeded to fill up with gas, and the total was 26.00. I was managing my online bank account and saw that right after we left there, they charged us 125.00! So my husband calls the manager from the number on the receipt. He speaks with her and she proceeded to say that SHELL puts a hold on your account for that amount until the transaction is processed with your bank. It could take 24 hours or up to a week! And she says there’s a sign on the pumps! Obviously it wasn’t that crucial to let everyone know! SHELL will not have us for customers anymore! This is absolutely unbelievable that they are going to charge us 99.00 for 26.00 worth of gas or a little over 10 gallons of gas! Highway Robbery! Watch Out!"
