"Bruce helped me manually lift my stabilizers and bring in my slides. This was a gift. The original issue was my stabilizer jacks would not lift. I followed the troubleshooting by the owners manual and forums. The issue was either the controller or motor. I guessed it was the motor. Attempted getting best practice or most common problems from Bruce. Multiple attempts but no response. I bought and installed the motor. That was when the slide stopped working. Bruce came. We lifted the slides, He attempted to reinstall the motor. We stopped and he left me believing I need a new controller for my stabilizer. Slides were manual only. Took off to get ready for my trip. We needed to dump waste water, pickup propane, fuel up etc. How about, the slide opened in transport. Stopped, texted Bruce, and my $345 lesson kicked in with me having to manually closing the slide on the road. Long story short, I would need to get another shop to complete the job after a long day. Overall, Bruce is a good mobile RV tech if you are in a tight spot."
"Did every repair in a good time and a fairl price.. Will use again"
"Very dissatisfied with the work that was done here. It was an insurance roof job and the estimate was way lower than what camping world told me. I repeatedly asked about water damage and to fix everything that was wet from the roof, but “there wasn’t any”. I have wood trim that is rotten and walls that are bubbling from the “non existent” water damage. The roof seems to have been put together with silicone and it doesn’t look good at all. I had to have them fix the gaps in the gutters when I picked it up. All in all, my roof looks like a kindergartner just got a coloring book and was trying to sty in the lines. Told them I had to deploy and needed it fixed because it was going to storage and unfortunately, I’m passed the six month “warranty” on the work because I’m deployed. Also, if you ask about something you already know or bring it up, you’ll get attitude. So I got attitude and still have water damage from the shotty repair job. They got their money though."
"Took my 2 year old travel trailer for inspection and service prior to upcoming long cross country trip. $2500 later picked it up after six weeks. They replaced slide out seals and supposedly went thru whole trailer. First night out found broken pipe under sink in bathroom we had a hard freeze while it was at dealer. TV ant would not go up, propane lines from tanks to regulator leaking and dry rotted no power on right side of trailer blown fuse seal missing on toilet valve 3 lights in op 12 volt they did not check anything worse service I’ve ever had I wouldn’t take anything to them major rip off"
"I went here when I needed a new motor for my exhaust fan in the bathroom of our RV. They had what I needed in stock and they were very helpful making sure I got the correctly sized motor. Nice and courteous staff and a seemingly well stocked parts department."
