"The customer servic I received from this place is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!!! To tell a paying customer "It's Too Hot" to pull parts off of a car blows my mind. If you are running a salvage business then working in extreme temperatures comes along with the job. My son offered to but two parts,one of which he didn't need, but to keep from making a blank trip he would go ahead and purchase both just in case and to be told he couldn't get them because it is too hot to be pulling two parts. I don't recommend this place to anyone especially as long as "Abby " is still an employee"
"This used to be the go to place Last week’s experience was the worst. The parts guys, great always fast. The girl behind the counter, great. The guy I dealt with I assume maybe the owner, rude beyond not friendly and I hope I don’t ever have to go back. I will definitely do without a part first before dealing with him over a $25 part"
