"I’ve been here before and had me and my husbands drinks be disgusting but then I heard that they got better and that this location is good now. So today I ordered my iced coffee and they basically hand me a cup of milk, ice and syrup. I was like why is this white but took a drink to make sure it was as bad as it looked; it was. Literally blueberry milk. I went in to see if they could add more coffee to it and “all they could do” was give me an extra shot of espresso. Because “they can’t take it back” like okay you could’ve just remade it. I added the espresso shot and still disgusting. I don’t think I’ll take another chance at this location it’s always a waste of money everytime."
"This Dunkin is really bothersome. They don't EVER have what's on their own menu. I literally have to switch my drink and food out for something else way too often. They obviously need help with inventory. There's not many employees around to help with tasks so i know it's probably overwhelming for the 1 or 2 workers on the clock. That said, I don't understand why hiring people is such an issue knowing full well they need the help. I can't even be mad at them for not really getting the drinks right because I know it takes practice, repetition, and TRAINING. Most importantly, actual ingredients. I be so ready to get back there and do it myself lbvs. I never experienced this with dunkin. That's my favorite place back home so I had high hopes when they put one here."
"The donuts taste old & dry everytime I’ve gone & was told I wouldn’t not be able to get a refund since the old taste comes from them being baked the night before and placed jn the cooler to serve the next day . Paying $20 for cold hard donuts ."
"Wow, after reading through I didn’t realize the last 30 iron chef winners ate here. This place is awesome and the reviews are from cranky entitled children. Having grown up in commercial kitchens since I was thirteen, a culinary degree and working both front and back of the house in almost every level of dining, I can say with out a doubt this team and this facility is awesome. Chloe, Anna,Taylor, Emma have greeted me by name, double check my exact order before making it without fail. No matter if it’s during the after pt rush or a slow weekend. Along with the others I have not mentioned I haven’t see a slip in service or consistency yet. Being from Boston I come to dunkis a lot cause Starbucks is garbage. This might be the busiest one for its size outside of Boston. With that said this team works real hard and it shows. They manage to serve a post full of people and their children and spouses along with being ready for bigger orders from company, battalion, and brigade level events. This place works hard for a lot of apparently ungrateful impatient people. Keep up the good work."
"I had the maple sugar bacon sandwich with a black coffee. It was good! Hard to mess that up, and the servers were nice. It was the polar opposite last time I was there, so I assume it's hit or miss just like every restaurant here. Gotta love Fort Polk!"
