"Went into the local Jasper Texas pizza hut tonight to pick up a pizza and was told they don’t know how to use a pizza hut gift card???? So they swiped the (pizza hut) gift card and they said the card was invaldi?? Called the number on the back of said card and it states there is 20 dollars on card. Tell the Associates working and they said if the machine says invalid it is what it is tried to explain they are not pizza hut or something who knows?? Use caution if you expect competent Associates at this location. Not even trained enough to be able to use their own companies product. Had to use cash to get my pizza and cash to buy the PIZZA HUT gift card. But this PIZZA HUT doesn’t take PIZZA HUT gift cards??? So sad its the holidays and they have no training on how to use their own companies offerings!! Use with EXTREME CAUTION!!!!"
