"Good food did not appreciate the people today talking ugly and laughing at a elderly lady sitting and eating her meal. They asked her if she wanted a togo bag after she sat down and started eating. The lady said no thank you. Then the girls went to the kitchen and stated talking smack. We were dining in and we heard them. So we know the elderly women did as well. Thats rude"
"We were passing through on our way to Derrider, LA. I didn't personally order anything because it's Tacobell. However, those who were carpooling with me did and they were disappointed. One of the young ladies ordered a loaded fry. She literally got like 5 fries and a little cheese and meat on top. She looked at her food before leaving so they were able to correct it. Unfortunately, one of the young men with us ordered the same thing and he literally had the same exact thing - about 5 or 7 fries with a little meat and cheese on top."
"Stopped in for a quick bit. Handicap parking and access. Great location on highway 190. Large clean driveway and parking lot. I haven't had Taco bell for a while due to us never having one in our home town. Was looking forward to it. Went inside to order and done in but no one behind the counter. 2 female employees standing by the drink machines talking about the dates they went on. One of them pointed to the kiosk machine. We stood by the counter for a minute then realized they weren't going to talk to us much less take our order, so we left. From what I understand, all Taco bell restaurants is only kiosk machines now. Not for me. I'm sure the employees like them since it gives them less to do. Some people don't carry credit cards due to id thief. Or, never use one. Most of these people like myself are older, retired people. And then there are kids. Most kids don't have a credit card at least until they start driving. So, I don't know why Taco bell would choose to eliminate that group of customers. I asked my grandson (16) what he does and he says just go thru the drive thru. He says it's Taco bell's way to discourage customers from dinning in. I'm not sure of the reason, but I find it hard to believe that any business would willingly eliminate any customers. Maybe I'm in a small group but I don't use kiosk machines and I'm not eating in my car."
"They charged me almost $10 just for enough sour cream for dipping my casidea and crunch wraps. $25 of food that should come with sour cream and they charged me $10 for sour cream ridiculous..."
"Other than them getting rid of cashier's completely, thy will rip you off on your food. My $2 taco has way more meat in it than the two crunch wraps we ordered... It's poorly made, and is as thin as my drink coaster or iphone. I will not be coming back here. Worst taco bell I have ever been too. It use to be a great taco bell a couple years ago. Not anymore. What a shame."
