"This location has gone downhill very fast in the last 6-8 months. Chicken was cold and not crispy. I ordered a side of red beans and rice. Received a cup of cold rice with only 3 beans. Biscuit was cold and very dry. Like they’d been sitting out for several hours. The workers argued with each other all the time. The hope corporate or new management can keep this location open. I’ll give it one more chance before I stop going back. Such a let down"

"Advertisement of wing special ongoing, I guess management didn't get the memo. They were open in the middle of the day and we're out of pretty much everything, including the wings. Quickly turned and left"

"We haven't been to this location for over a year because they would be out of basic items (like chicken tenders). It happened a few times. I'd order online and they would inform me when I got there and had already paid online. I went there today and one of my sides was 2 large mash potatoes with gravy. I was informed that they did not have gravy! I promptly cancelled my order."

"Okay, let me say this first: I do not expect a company with minimum wage employees to execute in everything really well. In fact, you are lucky to even have someone manning the drive through window, but I do have to say it, please check your orders before you leave. I have somehow been to this location 4 times without checking my bags, and each time been shorted something. Either pay your people better so they have reason to care at all, or slowly but surely, say goodbye to employees and hello to automated services."
