"The food was great, but could have been greater if I did not have to go through a semi-long conversation over a coupon, A TACO BELL coupon. My taste for taco bell went from 100 to 85. But the supervisor solved the coupon mystery (?), and was nice & professional about it. After a LONG DAY of work, I was able to semi-enjoy my taco combo :-)"

"I ordered 16 items for a group through the mobile app and as I was driving away, I could only see we were missing two items so I go back and let them know and they give me those two items. Well, I get back home to distribute the food and we’re missing 5 more items. I circled the things we were missing on my online order ticket that was on the bag to bring with me so my family could eat what we brought and I could go get the other things we were missing. I didn’t bring the food back with me because they didn’t check it the first time I came back in and I was under the assumption that it was against health code to check a bag. Well, I show up and tell them that we’re missing the circled items and the manager starts yelling at me and saying that she can’t just take my word for it and keeps just saying that I needed to have my food with me. They didn’t check it before either. The manager kept acting as if I was trying to scam them. After she kept going back and forth with me she finally made it and still didn’t include the rest of the order. They did add some random extra things though so at least I got my money’s worth, I guess. The rest of the staff was pleasant, I feel bad if that lady is their manager. I’ve worked in food service most of my life and I know it sucks, I’m sorry she hates her life but that is not my problem and there was no reason to act like that. Imagine if they just did their job correctly and this situation would’ve never happened. Not sure how you forget 7 items."

"Store is beautiful and in a good location to make some good $$. I'm glad my receipt was texted to my phone because I needed it. Staff was mean to my kids about "not " adding sour cream and quick to point out "I'm looking at what you entered..." So am I. We had several orders and insisting that "I didn't add sour cream"..... but we can see sour cream means that maybe the order was packed incorrectly or sour cream was added accidentally. Which was fine, but why argue?? Embarrassing for staff to speak to customers especially kids with that temperament, and then, STARE!! Yes, the order was re-made, but after having to repeat myself over and over and over. We read reviews and went once before. We won't return. Ruined our experience. There are plenty of other places to spend your money at without all of the grief and attitudes. All that for $30. Save yourself."

"Manager was a huge bit*h. Was yelling at a man when I walked in for not getting his drink the way she wanted him to. The lady at the register was nice. I was waiting to order and the manager told me to just sit down because there were 3 orders ahead of me. I asked for red strips on my quesadilla, and the register lady said, "Can you please tell her, she (the manager) will yell at me?" Which she was yelling at everyone in there. I won't be back here if the same manager is there."
