"The manager Shuntil Rhodes brought our food to us at the table, she checked on us after to make sure everything was okay and to our liking which the food was really good and the fries were fresh. She was very respectful and polite and even made our kids feel welcomed. The cashier that took our order was very respectful and polite as well. Definitely will be going back."

"Yall turning Wendy's into the new BK taking the fast out of fast food. I've been in the line for almost a half hour and when I get to the window they tell me we gotta cook the chicken for your biscuits ask me to pull up. You've had my order for 15 minutes already and didn't throw the chicken in yet? And yall walking all slow like you're on dope or half asleep. Lost another customer today"

"One of the only saving graces of this location is Alexia. After I paid for my order, the line cooks realized they didn't have an item. They offered a comparable substitute, but it was something I wasn't able to eat. I was able to change my order. The frosty machine wasn't working properly so I was able to change to a soda. These changes made my total less than the original amount I paid. Alexia got the manager to handle the refund. The manager was being really difficult about the refund. He didn't properly know how to do it and started asking Alexia how even though she's not a manager. She did offer other suggestions, like doing a partial cash refund, but the manager didn't seem to want to do that. The manager asked if I would take the original order if he gave me the item they said they didn't have. I told him they had already given me the new order. Then he tried to say my card was declining even though it wasn't and Alexia made sure he finished the refund. The manager even tried to throw away the receipts and Alexia stopped him and told him to give me copies. He tossed down the receipts and my card on the table and walked away. Alexia made sure I got copies of the receipts and my card back. She even explained which receipt was which. Alexia, I appreciate you sticking up for me during this really awkward situation. If anyone should be a manager in this situation, it was you. I hope you don't receive any retaliation from the management team for your support."

"Me and my husband came in for breakfast at 9:50 and Christopher helped us and he was absolutely the most pleasant person ever!! He was very kind and helpful and over all just acted happy to help us! He apologized for the wait ( which wasn’t long) and was just great!!"

"11-20-19 lunchtime. So wow Wendy’s and a good experience. Who would have thought. The food was consistent if not better then other locations. The food also had decent presentation. Everyone was polite and helpful that I met. The location was clean. The store had a really nice layout as well. This should be a training location for many other locations. I’ve posted at plenty Wendy’s locations before and I have never gave a 4 star so good job today."
