"Ever since they moved locations, whisk has gone down hill quicker than a greased shopping cart. Firstly, there’s no advertisement indicating they moved to a shared building with another business. Secondly, we get there and no one is there. An employee from the other business has to fetch the whisk employee. When the employee gets there, it was discovered our custom ordered cake was just sitting on the counter uncovered, next to cleaning solution. This is not how I’d like a place that charges ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a cake to treat their customer and their product. Also, the cake was not made properly, and was leaning on one side. As we were getting rung up, it takes the employee about ten minutes to get a box. When she brought the box out, it was LITERALLY and TRULY duct taped with with the standard gray duct tape. Overall, I’m just saying what the heck happened to the dessert bar I used to know and love. When I pay premium prices, I expect premium services and products. Not whatever happened today."
