"Worst store ever! Merchandise all on floor and racks of merchandise in isle can't even shop. Went to buy soda 3 for 11.00 and old lady at cash register rang them up for 21.00. She looked at the ad at front door said it expired yesterday. But ad on app shows good until 2 /11 2023 So I left. She has bad attitude everytime. Will Not go back to that messy store!!"

"very nice cashiers THEY HAVE REDONE THE WHOLE STORE! for the first time ever you can buy limited produce and the isles are wider. Its a big step up and much more convenient."

"I frequent this location weekly and at times daily. Recently, I have experienced some of the worst customer service at the Benton, LA location that I have ever encountered. In the evening, the cashiers fail to acknowledge customers and cash out customers while facetiming on their cellphones. Saturday evening I entered the location with my daughter. After waiting at the register for a few minutes, my daughter walked towards the office door to motion to the cashier. Rudely, the cashier mouthed off, "What are you coming back here for?" As she started scanning my items, I answered her question by stating that my daughter (a teenager at that) was trying to let her know she had a customer at the register. Then even more rudely she stated that she knew I was at the register. At that point, I informed her that I would not be purchasing the items that I brought to the register because of her deplorable behavior. When I asked for her manager's name, she replied that she did NOT have to give me her name. I reiterated that I did not want HER name but her manager's name. She still refused to comply and I was told I could return on Monday. I have no intention of ever returning to this establishment; however, I feel that management should be aware of how their employees treat customers. Of course, my ill treatment came from the same cashier that was talking about her intimate relations with another employee in front of customers only a few months ago."
