Sonic Drive-In

"I went to the drive-through and got a breakfast burrito. It has been some time since i've been there, and I thought this was what'll get me through the morning. Boy, was I wrong. The staff was polite, but the burrito I got was less than desired. The Tortilla was very big, and what was inside was very small, I think i got the sausage, and I could barely find it. I actually don't know if it was even in there. All I could think of was shrink flation. I will definitely think twice before I go back."

"Atmosphere is a weird one to rate...ive never thought of Sonic as a "cozy date kinda place," but it's fine...its sonic... you know what you're getting... drive in stalls, people on skates *sometimes* friendly service and good food. Everything with this location is great. This location is on the corner by my house, and my daughter and I tend to go at least once per week. Corndog wacky pack and a chicken sandwich for me. Never had a bad experience with the food... never had my order messed up... never had a bad experience with the workers. This would be my go-to sonic location even if it wasn't right by my house, but since it is anyway....I couldn't ask for a better location. I've been coming here since I was a kid in high school... I will keep coming as long as it's there."

"So frustrated with this sonic on Bert Kouns IND LOOP! I always order online as I arrive for quicker service & 1/2 price drinks. But the last 2 times I’ve been at this Sonic I’m told they’ve thrown out the tea several hours before closing after I’ve already paid for it thru the app. The smart$as employees roll their eyes as they ask what else do I want. I want what I ordered. They just say…”Well cancel it then!” Easier said than done! I shouldn’t be able to place an order & pay for menu items they aren’t serving! Better yet they should either wait to throw out the tea or shouldn’t be so lazy & make more tea once it runs out. Whichever the case I’m tired of giving money to Sonic & receiving NOTHING IN RETURN!"

"Food was good. Service was a little slow answering the button push. It's a gamble finding a stall where the card swipe works."

"Had the chicken slider meal . My tiny baby buns where burnt. However my onion rings where very delicious, I also ordered a small 4 pc Mozzarella sticks and was sadly told they are out of them. On a separate order from the walk up at stall we are told restaurant is out of ice cream also. A Hamburger was ordered and was brought out with no lettuce and no tomato. When the Carhop was asked about it she said ohh we are out. So we kindly asked to have a full refund at that point on that order. My drink also was served with a ice cream lid, but I wish it could have been ice cream though. I didn't request a refund because I already started eating my onion rings. I hope things change at this location or maybe extra training could be useful in certain communication during order taking. If you're out of an item or in this case many items just communicate that with your customer. No one likes an empty burger surprise."
