"Very bad experience. Had an appointment to get my vechile serviced at 0815 but the person i was scheduled (Nate Burks) with didn't arrrive until 0840. After waiting for him i was told although I had an appointment my vechile would not be even looked at today because they were 3-4 days behind. I asked for the manager (Allen Pardue) so he could better explain things to me and when I did speak with him he was rude as if I was asking too much to speak to him. Very bad customer service. Thanks!"
