"These Cons beat me pretty bad on some cash so I bought a heater element from them they claim its OEM and hit me a little under $110 USD sounded a little high but I figured its OEM maybe freight and conveienece, right? ... WRONG!!! for starters they would not refund me my money because its electric nor were they accurate in the description of OEM and as far as price goes for the model they sold me on eBay with free shipping two to three day transit anywhere from $18-$37 USD! I currently have mine listed on eBay $40 USD I keep you posted on the sale of this item. This is my second experience with this store and neither have been pleasant in fact I feel robbed... zero ☆'s Google"

"Ordered a part for my dryer and was told it would be in within 3-5 business days. Part did not come in when promised. Staff at the store could give me no updates. Finally, when I come in asking for a refund they 'magically' have a status update on my order. Ordered the part online, saved myself the hassle. Was made to pay a restocking fee on a part I never recieved. I do not feel a restocking fee was warranted when I was promised a part by a certain time, never got it and I have to pay a percentage out of my refund. Absolutely bad customer service. I feel like your company treats the individual worse than they do the companies who buy parts from them."

"Called to see about getting a part for a washer and stayed on hold for 18 minutes. The guy who answered was short, not very helpful & didn’t even offer to order a part for me just said he didn’t have it. Going to the actual store you may get better service in person but over the phone was no help."
