"Called and spoke to a lady about buying a new battery on my vehicle and they said it was in stock, when I got there they didn’t have it and asked if I wanted one that was more with a 2 year warranty. I bought the “upgrade” 2 yr warranty battery and only a couple months later the battery is out, my car is not turning on so I call to get it replaced and they told me to bring it in. I left it there for a day to get tested, and they confirmed it was no good, so they gave me another one. Unfortunately same issue, my car doesn’t turn on and went to get it tested at AutoZone instead and they said battery is no good. Ended up purchasing a new battery from Auto Zone instead. They told me this battery I bought from TriState is not even for my car, not satisfied, and won’t be buying from here again."

"Keep up with your paperwork and make sure you within warranty. My battery was 3 days out of warranty and they at first didn't want to do anything for me. After me telling them that the car didn't move other than cranking it for 4 months. They placed it on a slow charge and Battery was fine when left. Be mindful of your warranty."

"Took a while trailer full of batteries to return for extra cash and the place CLOSED at 2pm according to all signs on the windows and online. We arrived at 1:40pm exactly and we're told, "sorry we're already closed for the day." So everyone's time was waisted not to mention the cost of pulling a trailer through town to get there. There was no sympathy after explaining the situation and there was clearly employees there. I'll find somewhere else to return batteries from now on."
