"Saturday, 3/9/24, my husband and I was headed to Texas for a birthday celebration but decided to stop here to fill up on gas. We purchased a couple of sandwiches, water, chips, and Aleve and then we left. Maybe 20mins into our ride, my car (Audi Q3) started sputtering and driving very poorly. My EPC light & check engine light came on. I knew there shouldn’t have been anything wrong with my car because it had been driving fine, just had spark plugs changed a few months ago & we stay on top of the maintenance. However, we had to pull over onto the shoulder and try to figure out what was going on. We ended up driving to the nearest exit where there was a Loves gas station and turned the car off. We waited several minutes then tried to start the car again. My car continued to run poorly. We had to end up cancelling our trip to Texas as a result and have our car towed back home . Mind you we lived over an hour away from where my car broke down. WE FOUND OUT THAT THERE WAS WATER IN THE GAS THAT WE PURCHASED FROM THIS QUIKTRIP. I had to replace my coil packs. I’m going to have to replace my spark plugs again (mind you I just had them replaced a few months ago), and probably have to replace the fuel filter and possibly the injectors because of the water being in the gas that we purchased from this location. I’M COMPLETELY LIVID. THIS IS MY DAILY DRIVER AND NOW I HAVE TO GET A RENTAL CAR UNTIL MY CAR IS FIXED. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I took videos and pics of the fuel (with the water in it) that was drained from my gas tank, I have the receipt from purchasing the coil packs, and will have the other paper from the additional work that has to be done because of this. Everything will be forwarded to my attorney because this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE QUIKTRIP. This is a real nightmare. SO, if you need to get gas for your vehicle, I strongly suggest bypassing this gas station before the same thing happens to you. I will never get gas from here again. EVER!!"

"Inside the store is clean but where the truckers park on the side road looks like the city dump. There is trash, tires and other trash and garbage scattered every where. . 6901 West Bert kouns shreveport location."

"Dirty restrooms, service less than I've come to expect from QT. Rather drive another 20 mins and go to the Marshall TX QT."
