"I have used these people several times in the past and was very pleased so I hesitate to write this ….I went to have a trailer hitch installed on my 2021 Honda CRV. Waited for several hours only to find that they had installed a hitch but had cut a hole in my back bumper to do so. I have photos! And had to pay $300. Went to buy a travel trailer and did not buy one as they asked me where was I going to hook the safety chain to….no place…wrong hitch. Now I am trying to decide what actions to take. This hitch is wrong and my bumper has been messed up. I would not recommend again!!!"

"Takes FOREVER to get something done, even if you are the 1st customer there when they open up. Robert is always helpful and nice, but the other guy not so much. I have a lot of things I need to get installed in my new dually but the other guy acted like he didn't care if I did business with them or not"
