"Normally this is a good location for quality and service but I guess lunch time was too busy and our food wasn't what it normally is. My only complaint is that my FF were undercooked:/ the workers were pleasant as usual! I think I will stick with going during hours that aren't busy."
"Service is horrible even when ordering the food through the touch screen. Asked for them to swap the coke for Dr. Pepper. My kids were done eating before the swap took place. Asked for kids refill, took 5 and 28 seconds to get a refill. front counter person is an absolute worst attitude, and racist attitude made me wait for sauces and straws, with angry attitude for something that should be able to be done in 30 seconds yet serve every colored person who came in behind me with a smile. I was polite until I had to wait for the refills, and then I said if it takes any longer, I would go back there and do it myself. Th4n drivethru personal came over, apologized about her, and got all 3 refills done in under a minute."
"Everything about has become poor. The service is ridiculous, the drinks they do have is watery. Where’s the orange juice and lemonade, that’s been out for at least 2 months. The drive thru ordering machine is broken. Going directly to the window can be a hassle, my order is usually wrong when I get my food so I have to drive back around and sit in the longest line ever to get food that was missed. What is going on in there?"
"The old black lady that’s the manager in the mornings, is very very sweet. But the way she conducts business in the morning is what slows the service down. She will take your order and then make you wait to pay until after all your food is ready And won’t take anybody else’s order until the person that ordered the foods order is ready. Then, when the first customers foods ready, she collect their money, and then take the next customers order. So going into the dining room as opposed to the drive-through is four times as long. They just need to conduct business like every other store. Take everyone’s order wait until there food comes up, give them their order and let them go. The way she does it Makes you have to wait 20 minutes in the dining room before your food is ready, no one else has even got to order yet and you could’ve went through the drive-through four times by then."
"Horrible horrible horrible. It took 30 minutes for our food. We received it Luke warm and all my food wasn't even in the bag. It looked like they threw everything in the bag. Hasbrowns in pieces and not even in the wrapper touching the condiments so unsanitary. Needless to say even tho we were hungry we couldn't eat such unsanitary food."
