When I placed my order for the whopper Jr duo, she didn't even ask which whoppers I wanted, so I got 2 plain whopper Jr's instead of the 2 bacon and cheese whopper jrs I wanted. It's hard to believe they give manager positions to people who make such beginner mistakes"
"The customer service sucks here. Pulled up to drive through and literally waited three minutes before anybody acknowledged me and that was only after I asked if anybody was there. One person was in drive thru ahead of me and only one other car in the parking lot so it’s not like they were that busy. Took almost 10 minutes to get an order I placed online. Meanwhile I’m sitting here watching the girl at the drive thru glued to her cell phone instead of helping speed anything up for the two customers they had. That’s probably why they have no business while the McDonald’s next door has 6 cars being helped in their TWO drive thru lanes"
"Went through the drive through took fifteen minutes. When I got to the window a very large woman never greeted me, said how much my order was, nothing. Took my card and handed it back, still nothing. Gave me mu prder and I said thank you, still NOTHING! She never spoke a word. Rude and unprofessional."
