"First experience. Party of 7. The manager and her crew took excellent care of us. Didn't get pictures of our meal. However, they were all good."

"My boyfriend and I dine at chili's at least 2 times a week and the food is always good. But today my experience was less than usual. From the waitress to the wait time. First the chips and salsa, the first batch of chips we received were great, but the second and third batch was horrible they both were stale . Secondly, I got the chicken crispers with fries and corn. The corn was not cooked taste as if it was just taken out the package and slattered with salt and pepper. I told the waitress she said she would have another one prepared along with a refill for my drink didn't she her again until I got ready to pay and I had a table entertainment charge and hadn't played any entertainment. Needless to say she took it off. I was so disappointed I"

"We were there around 2:30-3:00pm on Valentine’s day. Let me start this by saying our server was AMAZING. He was 10/10, the best server. There was also a wonderful woman helping out who does not normally wait tables, she’s normally in the kitchen she said, but she was also amazing and very kind and helpful. However the rest of the service was lacking. The bartender seemed to be missing and it took ~15 minutes for a cocktail. When our server brought this up to management it sounded like he was told it wasn’t the manager’s problem, she isn’t a bartender. And that treatment of waitstaff is simply unacceptable. Amazing server but I’d give the manager a solid 0/5. Do better by employees and it’ll result in customers also having a better time. I hope our server reads this and knows we don’t blame him and he did an amazing job."
