"I eat Chick-fil-A three or more times a week all over the U.S. This is the only location that I frequently have inconsistencies with. Usually something is missing and the salad portions are less than others, I do find myself checking my bag thoroughly before I drive away."

"Firstly, I love chick-fil-a, but this location needs help. They have gotten my order wrong twice, and the wait is ridiculous. Quality control seems non-existent. Customer service is disappointing. The ordering process of waiting until we're at the menu screen to give our order to a person, then give our order to another person 3 steps next to them seems counterproductive. Just use the same system the other chick-fil-a restaurants are using...it works. There is absolutely no benefit to order using the mobile app. It's all very frustrating because the food is good, but that's all that is good. They need to take all these employees and send half to youree drive and half to Bossier to be retrained to be up to the standards we've come to know and love from chick-fil-a."
