"I went to meet my parents for a late lunch. The food was ok. Our server was nice. They sent gumbo out without a spoon. I don't know if I would go back. If I did, it would be when they have the special pricing menu."

"Normally Logans always delivers tasty food with a smile but tonight was a disappointment. It was busier than normal but no wait to be seated. Got seated quickly but that is where the goodness stops. We waited 10 minutes before we asked if a server was available and were told one would be right there. Another 10 minutes and no one came. The tables that were seated well after us received prompt service. We ended up leaving and the hostess was surprised no one came. What appeared to be a front end manager apologized but did nothing to resolve. It was disappointing for sure. I only share this experience in hopes that management can help train servers a little better and employ more solution focused front end management. Please help resolve as we enjoy Logans and need good restaurants in Shreveport area."

"I have been to Logans numerous times and each time it has been okay. The food is tasty for the cost. Sometimes it is too salty and sometimes it is too bland. It just depends. But each time the steaks were cooked correctly. This last time that I went I was disappointed in the rude staff and the big black spot in my baked potato. I don’t care if you are not waiting on my table if I am in your establishment you are to treat me as if you are servicing me too. If my grandchild who loves to say hi to everyone says hi to you, you don’t give him a dirty look. I bet if you were serving my table you would have acted completely different. If you don’t like people don’t work in the public! My waitress seemed a little inexperienced but her attitude and helpfulness made up for that. I really should have sent my potato with that nasty black spot back but I was ready to go and didn’t have time for that. I’ll still come back because I have never had to wait on a table and the food really is good for the cost especially compared to some of the restaurants near there."

"We've been to this location a handful of times over the years and this was one of the better experiences that we've had. Even though we were in the post-Sunday Church time frame, we didn't have any trouble being seated or service that was that slow. Food was good and everything came as expected."
