"If I could have selected no star I would. This place is disgusting. Floors dirty literally everywhere, countertops filthy where food is being prepared, employees walking on food while cooking. A Manager I suppose with the orange locks talking to the employee crazy. Swearing, Demeaning and belittling the employees. She actually said: if I say leave the table dirty I mean leave it dirty and now y’all get to see what I deal with every F———day. After listening to her and looking around we decided to exit."

"A group of us attempted to dine in for breakfast on Oct 9 between the hrs of 2:30am - 3am; however, upon entering we were aggressively told that we could NOT dine in but could get it to go because there were ONLY TWO of them and that we would be rushing them?? Even after we told them that we're not in a rush and assured that we'll be extremely patient cause we understood them being short staffed .... That still wasn't good enough and we were ultimately turned away. So we decided to try our luck at another Waffle House off of Pines Rd, which ONLY had two employees as well but there we were welcomed with Open arms, kindly greeted and served, as well as them serving others. Needless to say we will NEVER visit that Monkhouse Location again. Customer Service is everything ‼️Without it Your Business is Nothing...In my opinion."

"Worst Waffle House experience I ever had! Like be for real what the f is this? I asked for a Texas cheesesteak melt & got a hash brown disaster. Then when I call them to tell them what they did they don’t wanna answer the phone. Sticking to bossier & mainsfield location from now on."
