"I use the self-service dog grooming offerings for my 1 year old, 95 lbs, Pyrenees mix. Great facility with all of the professional grooming tools you could want all included at a low price! All of their products are organic, their stations and tools were clean and easily accessible. They show you how to locate and use everything. The atmosphere is calm and much more relaxing compared to other self-service dog wash experiences. It's a fairly large, open layout with high ceilings and ample, but not harsh, lighting. The groomers are on the other side of the open room working on their pet-clients. The pets that were getting groomed at the same I was grooming my dog were all calm, happy and helped make my dog, who does not like baths one bit, feel more at ease. They also have a little retail area with all of their great products, as well as some adorable extras like bespoke bandanas made by Pawcific North Designs. I bought two! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Can't recommend this place enough!"

"The staff here is friendly and genuinely cares about pets. I've had my dog's nails clipped here, and we've also utilized the self-serve dog wash station. It's incredibly convenient to have this facility just a couple of miles from home. While the prices are slightly higher compared to what I'm accustomed to from where I used to live, it's worth it to avoid having dog hair clog our drains."

"I've taken my dog here twice, the first time they squeezed me in for an emergency partial groom when my dog had something stuck in his fur, and I was so happy with their work and kindness, I knew we'd have to come back for a regular groom. The stylists are all so friendly and considerate, I feel like they really listen to what we want, and I love that you can see the full facility. Prices are so reasonable too. They do book out quite a ways because they are so fabulous, so plan ahead!"
