"Our experience with Twin Pines has been terrific. They are the best vet we've ever had in over 30 years of having pets. I especially want to single out Dr. Robertson for her knowledge, transparency, compassion, and follow up. Can't say enough about her. She is always thoughtful and insightful. Gives honest and informed advice and has good judgement. Also want to mention Dr. Wegley who helped with a semi-emergency condition and really put extra effort in to solve the issue--including working what must have been a 12 hour shift (they all seem to work long hours!). And lastly, I want to mention the other members of the team. They have all been friendly and caring. One thing to note is that because they are so good, they are often busy. It can be difficult to get an appointment."
"The worst experience I have ever had at any vet. I had to wait almost a mth for an appt, they were so busy. I was very concerned about my dog but read reviews, 5 star and a bit of a drive but looking for a really good vet. My appt was at 3:00, I put in on my calendar the day I made it, with reminders. I was asked to have my dogs records from 2 other local vets and UW in Pullman sent to them and I did, twice. I Confirmed with Mark they were rec'd 2 days prior and that I needed to be there by 2:45 for my appt. I prepaid $75.00 for initial exam and waited almost a month. I got there at 2:45 yesterday, my callendar showed my appt was 3:00. I was told then my dog could not be seen, my appt was at 2:30 and I was late. There was nobody else waiting, only one other car in their parking lot. The only option I was offered was I could just hand my dog over and they would try to see him and I would have to come back later to pick him up maybe he would be seen. Hand my best friend over to a complete stranger, cage him. No way, not my dog, my best friend, I would never do that to him, he cries when I leave him at home, but to a stranger to be put in a small confined space. I was in tears when I left that office and will have to find another vet, wait again and my dogs limp will continue to get worse. I am even more worried, I failed my best friend. I need confirmation his prostrate is not swollen, know if his Rx for epilepsy need's increased. I have to accept maybe I did write down the wrong time but I don't think so, I am pretty careful, a senior and I write down Dr appts and it has never happened before. I was so sure I had found a Great vet and was so greatful. Now I feel guilty, so worried, still crying, I somehow did not do enough, still did not get my best friend the care he needed."
"I will scream from the rooftops that the staff at Twin Pines are the most thoughtful, amazing, and competent people! 1. Front desk is so nice and helpful with scheduling visits months in advance so we can get in when we need to. My dog is anxious usually but she loves the people there! 2. Last-minute urgent care services are great (drop off at 8am + they'll call you when your pup is ready for pickup - you must call ahead to book a slot for drop off) 3. They're fast and efficient - my dog's glands need expressing every month and she doesn't like it, but she is willing to tolerate it here because the staff are lovely and give her plenty of pats and treats But the most important part is, they CARE. They won't ever try to sell you extra stuff you don't need, and they aren't pushy. They're very meticulous and thorough. Dr. Robertson in particular is just above and beyond, taking great care of my dog. Even if I moved anywhere else within driving distance (Seattle, Bellevue, literally anywhere within an hour), I would make the trek so that she can continue being our preferred vet."
"Everyone at Twin Pines is the best! They are so kind, attentive, and caring. I trust the team here wholeheartedly. They have proven time and time again how amazing they are to our fur babies. Our pets love coming here and I honest to God believe they are the reason our dog is still alive today. He had a horrendous health scare last year and everyone at Twin Pines went so above and beyond to make sure our pup made a full recovery. I am so thankful to have y'all as my vet and I recommend you to everyone I know."
"We are so thankful for the staff at Twin Pines Animal Hospital. Dr. Hardy and her staff are professional and very kind hearted. Sandra and Kelsey both were very wonderful with communication and very loving with our pup Cassie. Cassie has separation anxiety and can get quite loud and vocal about her needs. It was reassuring to hear Dr. Hardy tell us her staff was enjoying giving her lots of love. We are overjoyed with our choice to switch to this vet and will definitely be returning! Thank you again for taking care of our little lady and making her feel safe and welcomed!"
