"Very disappointed with the professionalism of this place.i tried to schedule a nail appointment for my 2 senior dogs. Both very sweet animals. I was informed I had to schedule at a certain time because big dogs were noisy and would disrupt the other animals. Very rude, as you have never met my two. Wouldn't recommend"

"This person rips you off. We dropped off my golden doodle and Bischon for grooming. She said she was going to trim the hair, do nails. She did accommodate us sort of last minute. But when we went to pickup the dog, she took the payment $345 including tips. Seeing the my doodle, we were shocked if it was even the same dog. She shaved all the hair off up-to the skin. UNACCEPTABLE. She tells that it was knotty and she couldn't fix. But if that's the case she should have called us. And for shaving I wouldn't have paid that much even. Best was she scared us saying, if we give the wash the dog at home, it might cost $2000 next time. If you happen to drop, please see your pet before paying her. This was day time robbery!"

"I have to say as a professional groomer that I was appalled by the grooming that came back to me to fix. My regular client came to get grooms from Yappy’s because our doors are temporarily closed due to major construction of our building. These are 3 of the best behaved dogs we have. We see them every three weeks so coat condition is not an issue. The lack of finish grooming was off the charts…looks like a 2nd grader did it. The dogs were scared and shy. Took us hours to pull them out of the trams they had experienced being there for 7 hours. I have no more words or too many. Please think about booking an appointment at this Salon. There are many better groomers out there to book with. I wish we had taken photos but it didn’t cross our minds until it was too late."

"Yappy Dog Grooming is fantastic. We ask for a lion cut and nail trim for two tiny, fluffy, and neurotic dogs. For as wormy as these two dogs are if you even so much as think about them the groomers manage to get a great trim in. About $90 a head for haircut and nail trim. Most importantly when I go to pick up my girls they don’t come out with shell shock."
