"Old dirty bath tub. Curtain was halfway destroyed. Low ceilings. Everything overall felt old. Nothing like the W Bellevue location. Place felt like an old hilton location. Not to mention, valet was $68 a night.. never again"

"I had someone hire me for a W hotel wedding downtown. When I arrived, the front desk staff was very accommodating and right away offered me water and asked if there was anything they could do to help me in the day ahead. As a Seattle wedding photographer via TMinspired Photography, I always love having easily accessible locations like the W for portraits around downtown. Absolutely would work another wedding here again!"

"Great stay, but a two important factors keep it from being excellent. The pros: Location - easily walkable to anything Atmosphere - rooms, lobby and restaurant have a great ambience that W is known for Service - front desk was friendly. Room service folded clothes for you The cons: Toilet paper - might be the worst toilet paper I've used at any hotel The gym - small and not a great variety of equipment. Given the demographic the W targets, you would think they'd invest in their gym, unfortunately it leaves you wanting more space and equipment. Good stay, but I may prefer staying at other Marriott brand hotels before staying here again."

"I had a very positive experience staying here. The rooms were renovated well, and matched my expectations from a 4-star hotel. Their breakfast options could be improved but there are so many food options nearby. We really liked their black decor for the entrance and it was calming yet fancy. And for a Bonvoy elite member, there were many perks that this hotel honored, even though they didn't have a lounge. And the location is very central to bus stops and subway stations and easy to get around with public transport. We realized their room fridge is not for guest use, but it's a storage for the drinks they have in room for purchase. Not a deal breaker for our short stay."

"This hotel h,as a fantastic location. You won’t have to rent a car if your plans mainly consist of activities in the downtown area. It’s a little small in comparison to other W Hotels I’ve stayed at. ( I don’t mean the room, I mean the lobby area. The staff is friendly. The room could use a bit of updating but the views are amazing. The cafe in the lobby (I think it’s called Trace) is delicious. It is kind of expensive, but I’d rather pay a little more for the meal and be impressed by it, than pay less for average food that you can get anywhere. On the third day of my stay I noticed that the comforter had a gross stain on it; I really wish I noticed that the first day because who know what it was, but housekeeping changed it out. Other than the comforter stain, the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable."
