It appears that you can still rent out the clubhouse for small to medium sized events."

"This has got to be the most inattentive HOA ever. The crime rates in this neighborhood are sky high, despite "private security.". The pool has been unusable for at least 3 years despite "maintenance fees.". Not sure how the house values have skyrocketed here. Must be people not doing in depth research."

"Went to a wedding here that was FIVE Star- great food well catered very nice decorations and music. The four stars is because although there is plenty of parking and the hall is roomy...my suggestion would be to wear light clothing to any event where a lot of people are expected. Wedding was in late April....it was not very warm outside but overly hot in the venue. At the very least...need fans..someone propped open a door in the back."
