"I stayed 2 nights in late February 2024. This is truly a luxury hotel! The building and rooms are beautiful with everything a traveler could want. I would definitely stay here again."
"Great old, classic hotel. Lobby is gorgeous. Staff were very nice. Rooms recently updated and are decently sized for the area. We live local and we will be back!"
"The positives: Beautiful lobby and fireplace Nice gym Great room What left a bad impression was the wait staff in the lobby restaurant. I had breakfast one morning and I had asked my waiter for a coffee. After a bit, I asked another. Both forgot. The restaurant was not busy, maybe 3 tables. When I got my check, I was charged for the coffee I never received. I pointed this out to the waiter. He apologized and brought one over saying, "it's on him". I did ask him to adjust the bill but he said not to worry that he'd take care of it. Well, upon check out, I get my final bill and he actually hadn't taken care of it. I mean it was only $4 but still. It's nice hotel but I guess make sure to go over your bill."
"Great historic hotel right in the middle of downtown. Easy walking to Powell's, Crystal Ballroom, the Pearl, etc. The staff were amazing. Lots of old school charm. Rooms are nice and well appointed, but starting to show some wear."
"Great location and excellent customer service! We called to inquire about an early check in and Cora helped us over the phone. She remembered us when we came in to check in and was so helpful and nice! The rooms are nice and modern. The hotel is a short walk from pretty much anything you would want to do in the downtown area! Would highly recommend!"
