Central Bark

"We made reservations months ago to board our dogs here over Christmas. We tried calling earlier this week to confirm drop off times and could not get anyone to answer the phone or respond to email…and eventually getting a full voice mailbox message. Decided today to drive from the north side to see what was going on and our hearts dropped…boarded up. No warning. Luckily- we found another kennel with an opening last minute! I couldn’t believe it. How many families are going to have to cancel plans due to this lack of communication about them closing?? How horrible for anyone who this will impact and hope this is enough warning for others to make alternative plans for their pets this holiday."

"Not impressed by the continued decline of this place. I will not return w my dog. Hope it can turn around. Last time I did a dropoff, the smell of urine, the overwhelming dog barks up the stairwell and the lack of staff was palpable. Sad to lose this resource."

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and my dog is always tired and happy at the end of the day. Whenever we board him at Central Bark, I also really like that we can check-in on him on their webcam."

"My dog has been going to boarding at Central Bark for years. He loves this place. He gets so excited when pulling up, sprints inside, and quickly heads to the play area. I’ve always found the staff attentive and caring. Never had a problem, except my pup comes home very tired (a great problem to have)! Thanks to these guys, I travel without worry."
