Reviews
"I boarded my dog for the first time, and when I picked her up, she acted skittish and had abrasions on her belly and a couple of deep/long scratches on her flank. As I've never boarded before, I don't know if this is something to be expected. The people were very nice and seemed to like caring for the dogs, but due to the scratches and her odd behavior on the first day back home, I wasn't thrilled with the experience. 1/9 update: my one year-old dog has been peeing on the back deck and in the house since she got back from boarding. I am guessing it is because this facility does not have an outdoor area for dogs to do their business. If you are boarding your pup, I recommend that you find a place that does have an outdoor area"
"**edit** Quick reply to the review. To clarify, I waited this long because of the complete lack of professionalism the first time I tried to address a concern. I felt bullied and didn't want the confrontation. I do believe the same applies, quick to assume and pass judgment. The employee(s) were clearly bullying our business with vulgar language and there was no attempt at resolution or concern only that you defended this "rude" employee by attacking me personally. I feel it's the public's right to know the details of personal interactions with businesses. I hope you succeed, and I hope you treat both animals and humans with kindness and compassion moving forward**. Very unprofessional business owners and employees. I would encourage you to read the responses to reviews and see if you feel comfortable leaving your beloved animals in their care. Hopefully they're nicer to dogs than they are to humans."
"Update: very aggressive responses to reviews, feedback is hard but working on it is harder. We started coming here in 2020 and My dogs used to love this place and I did too they had fun activities for holidays and pictures were posted all the time in pawpartner. UNFORTUNATELY this is not the case anymore I’m sure there is a lot they are doing to ensure safety but after an overnight stay my dogs came back with extreme anxiety which was not normal for them. I hope they work in a back to basics they used to be the best"
"Our mother has been taking her husky, Frank, to Good Dog for some time and always had a great experience. A true test came a couple months ago when our mom fell and broke her hip, she needed help for a longer-term kennel stay. The staff at Good Dog really went the extra mile to care for Frank and make sure she was able to keep her beloved husky. We will not go anywhere else!"
"Such a great doggy daycare! The quality of care is fantastic and you can tell the employees really care about the dogs. Having separate areas for small and large dogs have been great for my small, shy pup. She's able to gain confidence without feeling overwhelmed."
