"Looks like they took my review down. The YMCA customer support told me that a hold would expire and end my membership. I didn't realize that it hadn't and accrued over $1300 in charges. The customer support would not refund the amount because they didn't record my call with their agent. They only refund 60 days. Make sure you record any calls that you have with the YMCA or they'll make sure to keep money for zero services rendered."

"The YMCA in general is not the fanciest gym you could belong to, and this one is the red-headed step-child of the Seattle/King County system. Costs are ridiculous and all your hard-earned dues will go to upgrades at other branches."

"The best YMCA I've ever been to. I have been a YMCA member since my baby was born over a decade ago. I've always enjoyed their group classes, my child tool his 1st swimming lessons there when he was a months old and was in the YMCA child care when he was 2! This facility is 7 whole floors in the heart of Seattle in a Historical Building almost as old as Seattle itself! Super clean and not very busy at all! Lots of equipment and a pool on its own floor. Everything looks almost new and the membership desk is super friendly. I LOVE THE YMCA!"
