"The perfect spot for watching a beautiful sunset in Seattle. Lots of parking possibilities along the roads. Absolutely stunning. It was not too crowded. Definitely worth the way!"
"Small, quiet, wonderfully away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Could actually see some stars due to the fact of no lights in it. The harbor below was lit up like New Year's Eve.. I love this little park. This is the place to sit with a friend for quiet conversation or a good book. Please don't go there to talk on your cell or play video games; so far, this is the only truly quiet park I've been to. I could just sit and gather my thoughts."
"Absolutely breathtaking views take you away to place of peace only imaginable to most in their sleep. So, if you can make your way hers, please do so it is well worth the trip no matter how far your distance."
"This was a beautiful view. There was enough parking when we arrived about 45 minutes before sundown. No handicap parking is available. There’s a few benches, a sidewalk, and a grassy area for seating, picnics, and play. Several folks had leashed dogs."
"This place is a hidden gem! While many people and tourists were visiting UW for the cherry blossom, a local suggested I visit this spot and, voila, I had the place all to myself to enjoy the beautiful cherry blossom scenery. The colonial-style houses and well-manicured lawns give off a vibe of old America. The best part was being able to take my time and appreciate the place without any crowds"
