"Fun family family beach even if you go in the rain like we did! No facilities to speak of so don't expect to use the bathroom there."
"This is a very nice beach to hang out at, you can even play some valley ball. My only complaint is that parking is very limited. Honestly I’m not even sure if your supposed to park along the entrance?"
"Although this is a private property it is given to the people for use and enjoyment with few limitations and virtually no oversight. Although there is a good mile beach there is almost zero parking. The immediate neighbors have a lot of patience but the no parking signs are clearly posted. There's room for half a dozen cars without infringing on the neighbors. The right thing to do at drop off large groups and shuttle back to chataqua Beach. You can ride pedal bikes over the little bridge over the slough. Walk far enough up the spit and tan all over with discretion."
"Beautiful quiet beach. The beach is shallow, kids friendly. Water is really calm, good for paddle boarding and kayaking. Parking is on the street and down hill. There are not many parking spots."
"You might have to get a little creative with parking on a busy day, but it's well worth the effort. This beach is kid and dog friendly, there's sand, a volleyball net, views of the mountains on a clear day, and keep an eye out if you go. We saw two bald eagles sitting on the radio tower while we were there. It's a great place to have a picnic and enjoy the beauty of the PNW."
