"The people are nice but the vet wouldn't listen to what would help our cat and if it wasn't for giving her a nebulizer she would be dead. And if you are expecting great service you might want to look else where. You are rushed in and you don't even see the vet and you only see the vet assistant. This place could use some work I know they are short staffed but that doesn't mean let good customer service go."

"Dr. Rivera is the BEST. My (reactive) dog and I have been through quite a few vets before finding the one. All of the staff at this location are very helpful with scheduling and pricing. The lobby is always clean and has very few patients waiting. My dog isn't so scared to go to the vet anymore"

"I made an appointment online at the beginning of month for an appointment at end of month. I did not receive any email, text, phone call communication leading up to the appointment. The person taking my dog's information was rude and expected that I knew everything going into the appointment. I was told it was a drop off appointment and my dog would be at Banfield for most of the day. I shared, I was not aware of this and was not given any information ahead of the appointment and expected to know that it was drop off only. We left as I was not comfortable with my dog being there for the whole day. Extremely disappointed and will not be using Banfield moving forward."
