"PLEASE do not get taken advantage from their “Personal Trainer” offer. It’s a scam. And I am only speaking about the PT side of things. The gym itself is fine. I did contract for a year of PT and have been trying to cancel. 1st call: they told me that no managers were in so they will pass on the information to them and have them cancel it. Days went by and I got charged for membership and PT. 2nd call: told them I had tried to cancel and was told that it would get taken care of. The manager apologized and cancelled the membership and refunded me for the charge. I asked her about the PT and she told me that it is a different manager and that she will have him give me a call. Never got a call. Got a text from a new personal trainer who was wanting me to go in for a session (the trainer I had before just disappeared and turned out he was no longer working there anymore so essentially I paying for nothing.) I told this new trainer that I had cancelled my membership already and asked to cancel the PT. He said he will go ahead and do that. Weeks later I get charged again for PT. I text that same trainer again who then told me he forgot to inform me that I could not cancel because of the contract. I told him I understand I need to do a “buy out” but I want to cancel. He wanted to do the buy out from that day we were messaging. I told him I have been trying to cancel though. (Buy out is when you pay half of the remaining sessions) so at that point I would have been done paying for the buy out but he wanted me to pay an extra month ($240) because from that point I had 2 months left. He told me I could speak with his manager. The manager called and I explained everything. He told me I need to pay an extra month to cancel and was trying to convince me to come back to the gym to use my sessions but would have to pay a new membership with the gym (money, money, money). I told him no and that I would just like to cancel from the first time I tried to. He said he would need to investigate and would give me a call back, Smirked on the phone and hung up. Didn’t get a call back and got charged again. Called a different gym and the manager said he would talk to his boss and then give me a call back… haven’t heard anything. I am so stressed, frustrated, and feel so taken advantage of…"

"Great gym and experience! Every staff I have worked with has been extremely friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean and spacious enough that I rarely have difficulties accessing equipment. I appreciate the hours and availability as it makes it easy to get a workout in for anyone with a busy schedule. I highly recommend this gym!"
