"Stayed there for 3 days with not room service at all. The ‘do not disturb’ was also not placed on the room handle any day. When talked to the front desk they said it’s done every other day and insisted that it will be done the next day for sure. Next day passed, we came back to see the room was still not done. Talked to front desk again.. heard that same ‘sorry’ again and was handed the towels. No sheets changed, nor room cleaned and no garbage picked up for 3days with the kids diapers sitting in there & smelling. The hotel looks nice but service needs to be worked on. I understand its hard to find help these days but still after been talked to and still not getting done shows how much the customer is valuable. We often visit this area but next time I’ll think thrice before booking this place."

"I'd probably give this place a 3.5 star if I could. Nice modern aesthetics throughout. But feels a bit used and a bit dirty upon exposure. Elevators good size but have weird buttons and a broken glass case. Hallways nice that they are a bit bigger but not a lot bigger. Feels a bit dark. Room is nice and spacious. Beds are okay. Feels a bit used and dirty for some reason though to me. Also, and this is a huge problem. Water pressure is very low for a hotel imo. Shower weak. Probably worst water pressure of the last 5-10 hotels I've stayed at around the world. Water should be gushing out of it to really get clean and feel clean and enjoy amenity. As it is it is very subpar especially for the price of this location."

"Staying here for five nights for business. The front desk staff is very friendly and nice. The gym is very good with lots of fitness equipment. And if it is for family trip, lots of people swim and play in the swimming pool, which you could see them from the window when you are jogging. Front desk told me the room will be cleaned every two days but could base on our needs to adjust, which is reasonable. The first house keeping person took the tips on the desk after the 2nd night was fabulous, however, after the 4th night, that one was not so pleasant. The house keeping lady took my tips and left a lovely note saying my room was clean thoroughly, but the bed was just like 1st picture which I showed. She did not make the bed. Was that not the standard procedure? I am a little bit confused. Actually I could say this was the best hotel I stayed comparing two other hotels during my business trip this time. But it could be better if the receipt was printed in the early morning when I checked out, not to say that we are doing an audit so could not print anything. This is just not being considerate to the customers. Overall, this hotel is not too bad, but could be better."

"A very modern hotel. I found sounds to be very loud in our room. It was a comfortable room but not a cozy feel. The staff were very attentive. Wish it would have included a free breakfast. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again."

"I booked a king sized bedroom. They offer many amenities and overall, the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. Things I noticed in my 3 day, 2 night stay: If you are sensitive to sound, I would examine your room before settling in. My rooms sound levels were a bit too loud. You could hear cars driving by outside, and the walls weren’t adequately soundproofed. You will hear people showering and flushing toilets. Another thing I did not like is the lighting in my room. Imo the rooms lighting design is not the greatest. I like fresh air, but you are not be able to open the windows."
