"I floated through here on a raft and it looks like a great place to live with easy access to the water. Some dumpy places but nice for the most part. Lots of boat launches and the water isnt so gross that I wouldn't swim in it. Lots of birds and photo opportunities."

"Beautiful condominium complex. Extremely well-maintained grounds. Lots of parking including private entrance gate leading to an underground large garage under each building. Nice wide walkways and staircases, each building even has an elevator! The complex has a beautiful large pool in a nice area towards the back of the property surrounded by trees. Right next to the pool is a hot tub spa, And just inside the adjacent building is a beautiful new exercise room and a large multi use room for parties or events. Great quiet complex."

"Perfect place for my daughter to have settled. The area is growing and in demand, but is under control as far as I can tell. The city of Kenmore plans a nice passive use expansion to Squire's Landing Park right next door in the not to distant future as well."
