"I had an account issue due to the deletion of my account primary phone number that prevented me from ordering an upgrade phone online. After 3 hours of frustration trying to resolve this with Cricket's automated phone tree and online chat, I called the Lacey store when they opened. Eddie listened to my issue and immediately ordered the phone I wanted, which was in short supply. The phone came in a few days later (due to the holiday weekend) and I visited the store to get things switched over. With thier help, the account was fixed and the transition from my 5 year old phone went smoothly. I was seriously considering leaving Cricket over the account issue and to get the phone I wanted. The automated processes are fine until there is an unusual problem. The in person customer service was what I needed and they delivered. The new phone works great!"
