"Seeing the vet here has always been so simple. I love that they show the wait times online so you can plan accordingly since it's by walk ins only. The vets all seem to truly care about my dog's issues/checkups. The visits never took longer than an hour. I also really appreciate the fact that I can always call them for further questions and clarifications on any prescriptions/treatments I needed for my dog."

"Excellent service!! My little parson russell terrier got a hold of a strong pain pill this Saturday. I ran to 3 different vets trying to get help and no one was open, even Blue Pearl on Capital Hill. So I see on google that Urban on Capital Hill is open. I frantically drove there, ran in, explained the situation they took her in immediately and assessed the situation. They had me call animal poison center give my info, then the Vet at Urban called them back had a conversation about best way to proceed, and then helped my dog. They are so kind, and helpful. There were six customers waiting, with pets, but seeing my situation, they took care of my dog first, no waiting. If you have an emergency I would not hesitate to go there. My dog is so important to me, and I am a true believer in Urban!"
