No sign posted at the top so if you are disabled or struggle on stairs avoid going down if a nonresident, you will be escorted out. "My daughter and I were denied entry to the park simply because my I.D. has a different zip code for my residence. The kids working at the little swim booth at the bottom of the hill tried their best to make us go away. We finally left because it wasn't worth it to cause a scene in front of a 5 year old. I have never had a worse experience at a public park."
"Fun place for kids to enjoy swimming.. they have tubes and toys as well to play. Guards are there for safety. It closes at 6 PM so plan accordingly."
