"Thanks for all the prompt updates, thanks for all your hard work. Looking forward to getting back to normal."
"Love the clubhouse for all that it offers to us residents and homeowners. The yard debris access is so convenient and the landscape crew does a great job keeping Nature's Neighborhood looking beautiful."
"Great gym and overall facility. It can be busy in the evening (as with any gym) but is usually very empty during the day. The staff is generally friendly and nice. There is sometimes a bit of a vibe like you are in a government office. Basically, a business where customers have a choice tries a little harder to be accommodating. Most "customers" here don't really have a choice but to belong to this "club" so the staff can just kind of coast along without really going out of their way. My only real complaint is for the staff to PLEASE police the weight room better. There are constantly people slamming weights around, talking on cell phones, moaning while throwing weights, leaving piles of sweat on machines and just doing all of the things that are against the rules in every gym in the world. I know in the past I've seen the obligatory list of rules posted but lately it seems to have disappeared. Some increased signage reminding people of the rules would likely be a good first step."
"Weight room layout is very poor and doesn't make sense. There is a little cardio/weight room area in the hallway that has no mirror. Most weight rooms at least have mirrors to check form. Staff does not enforce rules that should be enforced (i.e. not allowing people to bring their babies in strollers into the weight room--yes, people do that) but chooses to enforce rules that are not listed. I've seen staff tell a couple of people not to move things into different rooms. This seems odd, because each room is so ill equipped, that people need to move things into different rooms just to get in a normal workout. Maybe the association should work on better equipping the gym. Gym is EXTREMELY crowded from 4:30-7pm, which is normal BUT there is barely any space for anyone to move around. Should consider expanding the weight room. Not to mention the stair master machine, which I see people frequently use, looks like it is about to fall apart and is from the 80s. The one time I tried it, I was genuinely scared it was going to break on me. I had a friend who said he emailed them a year ago about the machine, but of course, nothing has been changed. Wouldn't go to this gym, but I technically pay for it through HOA fees, so might as well. Also noticed that staff turnover is very high. Note that the hours are pretty awful too. Only opened until 7 pm Fridays and 9p.m. Mon-Thurs. Weekends are significantly less."
"I don't know about the actual homeowners administrative and billing side of this organization but I went to the their club house for a kids birthday and holy cow it's beyond amazing. They have a giant pool area with a built in lazy river and whirlpool type area. I have never seen anything like that outside a water park in california. They even have a huge industrial size water slide to boot. My kid was too small to ride it and I couldn't leave her alone, but it looked really fun. As if that wasn't enough they wheeled in a shave ice machine for the party and made shave ice for everyone after swimming. I would totally love to sign up for a membership here sometime. I bet it's expensive, but at least for the one time I have been there I really thought it was super nice. It was also very clean, updated, and somewhat easy to find."
